Connect in three steps

In ChatGPT, open Plugins, choose + and Add custom MCP server, then paste https://chockstonelabs.com/mcp. In older versions it is under Settings → Apps → Create.
Sign in to Chockstone Labs, pick the brand ChatGPT works in and what it may do, and allow it.
Turn it on in a chat and ask: “Set up my space.”

That one ask does the setting up: posting times, your past posts and their numbers, a draft link page, your voice learned from your past captions, and a first post made from your best recent one, waiting for your approval. You need a Chockstone Labs account; start free if you don’t have one.

Add it from your terminal, then sign in:

Cards in the chat

Today: posts waiting for approval, anything that didn’t go out, accounts to reconnect and what goes out next. On a new space, the first post to make and what was set up for you.
A post: its caption, where it goes, when, and whether a person still has to approve it, with a button that opens it in Chockstone Labs.
Results: views, likes, comments, shares and saves, how long people watched, and the next thing to make.

Cards draw only what ChatGPT already received and load nothing from anywhere else. Other assistants get the same answers as plain data.

What ChatGPT can and can’t do

ChatGPT can set up your space, draft posts, add media, pick open slots, schedule, reschedule, answer comments and read how posts did.
A person approves every post in Chockstone Labs, unless an owner turns on auto-approve for this connection. TikTok and YouTube posts always wait for a person.
Deleting, or publishing a post early, asks first: ChatGPT shows what would happen and waits for your yes.
Every change shows in Activity, and most can be undone for 7 days. Anything already published stays published.
ChatGPT can’t connect or reconnect social accounts, change billing, or reach a brand you didn’t allow.

Permissions and disconnecting

When you sign in, you choose which brand ChatGPT works in and what it may do. To change that or disconnect ChatGPT, open AI agents in Chockstone Labs and choose Disconnect; ChatGPT loses access right away. You can also remove it in ChatGPT’s settings.

Privacy

No AI runs on our servers. The only AI is the one you connect. ChatGPT reads and acts on your accounts only within the permissions you give it, and OpenAI handles what ChatGPT reads under its own privacy policy. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
