Connect Claude in four steps

1. Start a free space. Go to chockstonelabs.com/app/start, create your account and name your brand. Then connect the accounts you post to in Accounts.
2. Add the connector in Claude. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Chockstone Labs and paste https://chockstonelabs.com/mcp as the URL.
3. Sign in and choose what Claude may do. Claude opens a Chockstone Labs sign-in. Pick the brand Claude works in and what it may do, then allow it.
4. Ask. Start a new chat and ask in plain words. Claude drafts, picks open slots and schedules; each post waits for a person to approve it.

Using Claude Code instead

Add the server from your terminal, then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in:

Questions

Does Claude post without me?

No. A person approves every post in the app. An owner can let one connection approve what it submits; that is off until they turn it on, and TikTok and YouTube posts still wait for a person.

Can I undo what Claude did?

Every change is listed in Activity, and most can be undone for 7 days. Anything already published stays published. Deleting asks you first.

Do I pay for AI credits?

No. We run no AI model, so there is nothing to meter. Claude’s own plan covers Claude.

Can other scheduling tools do this?

Yes. Buffer, Hootsuite, Metricool and Publer also have MCP servers. The difference here is that approvals, posting limits and messaging rules are enforced on our server, so Claude can’t skip them. See the comparisons.
