Connect ChatGPT in four steps

Start a free space. Go to chockstonelabs.com/app/start, create your account and name your brand. Then connect the accounts you post to in Accounts.
Add a custom MCP server in ChatGPT. In current versions of ChatGPT, open Plugins, choose + and Add custom MCP server, then Create as a plugin. In older versions it is under Settings → Apps → Create, which may need developer mode turned on. Use https://chockstonelabs.com/mcp with OAuth.
Sign in and choose what ChatGPT may do. ChatGPT opens a Chockstone Labs sign-in. Pick the brand it works in and what it may do, then allow it.
Select it in a chat and ask. Turn the connection on in a conversation, then ask in plain words. Each post waits for a person to approve it.

Which ChatGPT plans can add a custom MCP server?: That depends on your ChatGPT plan and, for a work account, your workspace’s settings. OpenAI’s help center has the current list.
Does ChatGPT post without me?: No. A person approves every post in the app, unless an owner lets that one connection approve what it submits. TikTok and YouTube posts always wait for a person.
Do I pay for AI credits?: No. We run no AI model. Your ChatGPT plan covers ChatGPT.
